Why we exist
We started this because we kept seeing the same thing: masjids and Islamic organizations doing important work, but without a long-term plan to sustain it — not just financially, but structurally. How is the endowment governed? Who has authority over it? How does it relate to the organization it's meant to serve?
Between the three of us, we've built investment funds, chaired endowment boards, and worked through these questions firsthand. Getting the governance right — the policies, the committee structure, the relationship between the endowment and the institution — is just as important as the investments themselves. That's what we help organizations think through.
"An endowment is not just an investment or buying a building. It is a covenant with the generations that come after you."
